Haoura-Wellbeing
Our big overall focus this year has been Haoura- Wellbeing. We have looked at the whare tapawha model and learnt about the four different parts of haoura. There is taha tinana (physical wellbeing), taha wairua (Spiritual wellbeing), taha whanau(social wellbeing) and taha hinengaro (mental and emotional wellbeing).
This term we are looking at taha hinengaro. Piwakawaka and Kakapo worked together to brainstorm what we can do to look after our haoura under all these four areas. We had a whole class discussion and then used four different post-it paper to draw and write our ideas on.
