PATTERNS! PATTERNS! PATTERNS!

This week Kakapo has been looking at patterns. We discovered that we are surrounded by all sorts of patterns. We focused on spotting patterns on everyday objects that we have around in our houses. Kakapo had so much fun looking for patterns. It helped us to practise taking good photo. We learnt how to zoom in and just focus on the pattern that we were trying to capture.

Francis' collection of patterns

Gabriel's discovery.

Look at the patterns that Krish found.

Well done Risha. She found some similar patterns on different objects.

What kind of patterns did Viaan find? Can you describe them?

  2. Hi Kakapo, I am super impressed on all the patterns you guys found. You guys must have fabulous eye-sight to spot these objects. You guys have spotted unique and different things. To answer the question you put at the bottom, I can see stripes, squares and zig zags. I like how you guys found things with other patterns.

  3. Kakapo, what a lot of exciting and interesting patterns you have found at home - stripes, spots, blotches, zig zags, swirls, triangles, rectangles, circles and flowers. Maybe you could say what your favourite pattern is out of all designs you found. Keep up your great searching and photographs.
