We read Grandma McGarvey Paints the Shed, and then children were asked to write some colour poems. They did a great job!

The last thing we did was do an activity off the Scholastic Reading site. We spent our Zoom meeting learning about spiders. Then our challenge was to create our own new spider, we had to make it, name it, and write about it.

ReplyDeleteKia ora Piwakawaka, I ๐LOVE๐ the different activities you've been doing. The stories you wrote about Anzac Day is very detailed. It looked like you guys had a fabulos day. Your colour poems amazed me. They were so eye-catching because of all the different, bright colours you used. The spiders you guys created are very creative. I like the different objest you use such as: fruit, lego, felt tips, straws, and of course...real ones๐ท๐ท๐ท. You creative, little students of joy have stunned me.
